Prevention and treatment
Early HIV testing: Early HIV testing is testing as soon as possible after potential exposure to the virus, which is critical to preventing new infections. It allows for timely diagnosis and provision of appropriate treatment, such as antiretroviral therapy, which reduces viral load and helps reduce the risk of transmission. Timely testing also ensures faster access to medical care and support services, allowing individuals to make informed health choices. In addition, widespread early testing can significantly reduce new HIV infections, thereby improving community health and helping to reduce healthcare costs.
Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U):
The Undetectable = Untransmittable message emphasizes the effectiveness of antiretroviral therapy in maintaining an undetectable viral load. This status not only protects the health of the individual, but also protects partners by significantly reducing the risk of transmission. Undetectable = Untransmittable enables individuals to live a fulfilling life without fear, emphasizing the importance of regular medical care and medication adherence. By building a supportive community, we can reduce stigma, encourage individuals to seek help, and ultimately create a caring, respectful and inclusive social environment where everyone can achieve their full potential regardless of their HIV status.

Sharing
In addition to the five scenarios, the project also includes interview clips with older lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people who share their experiences as older LGBT people in Hong Kong, as well as their views and expectations on diversity, inclusion and affirmation of LGBT identity.
