On 25 April 2016, Ms Sze attended the meeting of the Subcommittee on Future Development of Elderly Services Scheme to provide policy advice. Through consultation and discussion, he introduced the Government’s policies on ageing, family and equal opportunities to address the needs of older LGBT people. He envisions an inclusive, diverse and tolerant society where elders of different sexual orientations and gender identities can live without fear and prejudice. Through such actions, he also hopes to raise public awareness of the challenges and needs faced by older LGBT people.
