Rotary Service Day

Older LGBT people have not been the focus of mainstream elderly services in Hong Kong. However, we made a breakthrough on Rotary Service Day on 31 December 2022. On that day, the Rotary Hong Kong Super Marathon was held at the Hong Kong Science Park, and the full-day event attracted more than 800 participants.

Grey Color Equality was the only LGBT organization that participated in the exhibition that day. We took this opportunity to raise public awareness and introduce the needs and challenges faced by older LGBT people in Hong Kong to the participants.
